- Destination market and applicable project requirements

MATERIAL & GEOMETRY
- Material grade and relevant material standard
- Critical dimensions and tolerances
- Hole pattern, edge conditions and weld requirements
- Finish type and coating requirements

STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS
- Project engineer's loading and acceptance criteria
- For screw piles: soil information, shaft/helix geometry and installation method
- Required tests and responsible engineering reviewer

COMMERCIAL & DELIVERY
- Sample quantity, batch quantity and repeat order plan
- Required delivery date and destination port
- Tooling, sample fees and trade terms to agree in quotation
- Part identification, packing and inspection evidence
